With a background in scientific computing, network security, and systems development, William’s expertise is the driving force behind the innovative solutions that CCL delivers to its clients. A Columbia University graduate and current PhD candidate, William has built CCL on a foundation of precision technology, and a dedication to the next generation of integrated healthcare solutions driving the future of biomedicine.

Before founding CCL in 2018, William worked extensively in network security and infrastructure development, developing compliant networks for small businesses and honing his skills in biotechnology and systems engineering. His passion for problem-solving and his deep understanding of medical data systems led to the creation of the AVA-ML system, a software suite that simplifies complex billing tasks, improves payment tracking, and helps physicians receive full reimbursement for their services while tracking core healthcare data driving actionable and clinically relevant solutions to improve patient outcomes.
